  • Great real food for athletes

First, this book is not written for Americans, it was written for European Cyclists, so the reviews of folks that are speaking to the uniqueness of the recipes are not familiar with the history of the book. This book is an excellent resource for athletes that want unique, real food to carry with them on their adventures. Most of the recipes are European so they are an acquired taste for Americans. I have found this recipe book very helpful and highly recommend it for people that have an open mind and a welcoming palate.
