The item shipped out quickly, but the USPS took their sweet time with delivery by sending it all over the place before it finally arrived. This was absolutely no fault of the seller who had the correct shipping label which was completely intact. The condition and appearance were in very good condition beating expectations. Great quality and value for genuine USGI rucksack. I would recommend and use this seller again. One snap for the quick release system is broken, but it doesn't affect usage at all, and the pack was in service so little things like this are to be expected.
