I ended up reusing the existing screws from the original latch out of convenience. Item was used to replace the original combination lock and latch on a hard case for a 2002 Gibson Les Paul Studio. Latch and combination lock were a seamless fit in the existing holes, and covered the old lock's footprint perfectly.
