    A+ Seller! Great item at a fair price. Smooth and courteous transaction. The problem was with FedEx shipping. Never received package. I was notified that the package was delivered, but photo was not of my front porch. Called FedEx and was told that package was not addressed to me. Unsuccessfully tried to contact seller on ebay. This was the last type of this item offered by the seller so the Contact Seller option was inactive. At this point I don't have my item or my money.

    FedEx messed up the original delivery on 3.31(as usual) by leaving it at the wrong address. They said the tracking number from ebay didn't match my name/address. I contacted the seller twice with the photo of the package at a house that isn't mine. No reply. They DID however rectify the situation. I received the package today via UPS. I'm not 100% sure where the misstep happened so I don't want to fault the seller as they came through tho lack of response seems to be an ongoing issue with them.

    Disappointed with the change of the Copco stainless mug

    This is my 3rd Copco mug. First two were perfect in every way. I first started buying this mug in 2014 somewhere else. It has changed since the original design. Then, It had a permanent plastic rubberized seal inside and around the rim of the lid. It was inlaid into the lid. It kept the lid in place. This revised cup now has a sub-standard seal, similar to a large rubber band on the inside rim that moves and shifts and is not permanent and not safe in my opinion. The stainless steel cup is a great coffee mug other than this change and It’s really too bad that the manufacturer revised the design. I loved this “as it was.” I don’t recommend it at this time.

    That's why it is a desktop model

    I enjoy the cup for keeping my drinks hot! However the design is not conducive to travel, the shape doesn't fit well in the car. Also the top is loose fitting, good and bad it comes off easy but I fear it may some day fall off into my lap.

    Not as described! Poor quality.

    Description is wrong. This is described as “”Dishwasher safe makes for easy cleanup.” However, it is marked on the bottom as “Hand wash only”. The inside is plastic not stainless. Also, it is not sealed well. It was washed just before placing under the Keurig and bubbles came out from the side where dish liquid had went down in a crack...

    Great cup with some minor modifications

    I like these cups because they don't easily tip over on my desk. I suggest you follow directions and DO NOT put the cup in your dishwasher. I've done that with two previous cups and the handle comes loose. Just wash by hand and you'll be good. Also, another tip, the small air hole in the lid doesn't allow enough air to equalize and it makes it difficult to get a good sip of coffee. I just take my drill and open the air hole (the small hole in the lid) up to double the original hole size and it works great.

    Size is fine but I thought it would be slimmer. It is silver color with a large handle.

    The opening at the top is too large and the lid can come off when you are drinking from it as it fits loosely.
