There weren't many pictures of the product in the listing, and I thought it had side panels but it didn't. Although the listing stated No Returns, I was willing to pay return shipping and a restock fee and I would have bought the more expensive 6.5 model. I should have asked more questions, but then I may as well go to another seller if the listing isn't clear which is what I ended up doing.
