After my initial purchased was canceled, I repurchased a replacement wedding ring for my wife hoping to present it to her on "Mother's Day". Unfortunately, I arrive home from an exhausting week only to find that my Planned surprise was "muffed" and no reason provided for the 1st nor 2nd cancellation.
