    Great communication with the seller; very responsive and helpful. The purchase arrived well-packaged, but the game came with damage (as noted in the description). The damage wasn’t exactly as described or shown in the pictures. However, considering the price and how expensive this game is when purchased new from other sellers, it still turned out to be a decent value overall.     I saw the listing for something that I needed, but did not want to pay the listed price for. After going back and forth with the seller we came upon an agreed price.     Item was advertised as having possible damage to the box. This did not bother me, since I was more interested in owning the game itself. Was shipped in a large box with plenty of protection and padding. The game contained all items and pieces that would come with the game under normal circumstances. If you want a collector's piece, the damaged box may not be for you, but if you just want a chance to own the new Hero Quest and play a fun game, this seller offers you more than your money's worth.

    Great features.

    Now it seems those in Healthcare provide our own equipment.. It's convenient., safe to use, and fits in my bag when I'm ready to leave the job. This is my second one and I love it!!!

    Easy to use, but not as accurate at lower temps.

    It works pretty well...although I never seem to get the same temp as any other thermometer. Sometimes it reads pretty low but often does better once you turn it off and on again. It seems to actually be more accurate the higher the temp goes...which is a good thing. Otherwise I love the item..it's easy to use, easy to read and super handy.

    Glad I changed

    I had tried another brand and it was not easy to use. This is so simple and accurate and better if you're dealing with a child that won't hold still!

    Best for ease of use and comfort, but not recommended for high accuracy

    Most comfortable and straightforward thermometer to use with finicky people who have trouble with under-tongue or in-ear thermometers. Does not require precision, exactly-correct movements like some temporal artery thermometers I've used (which significantly complicates their use). However, I have some concerns about the accuracy of this unit, and mine seems to consistently read a bit low (around 95-97 F). But it is probably adequate for determining if someone if running a fever - I would just do a few test runs on normal, non-feverish foreheads first to get a sense of what's actually a normal reading on your unit, a kind of calibration. With mine, I'd be worried that a reading of "99" is actually a genuine fever of 101.
