A triumph of animated storytelling.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is a landmark achievement in animated storytelling, and its sequel Legend of Korra is one of the first cartoons with its level of distribution and acclaim in Anglophone media to feature a romance between two women. This high-quality story features one of the best-executed redemption stories in all of animation, a powerful narrative that does not shy away from difficult topics and allows its characters to grow realistically, and sets up its twin leads of Aang and Korra to have essentially opposite stories, presenting diametrically opposed challenges that serve as foils for one another. This is a worthy entry in any collection.

Well worth the watch and purchase!
Both of these series have a great message in them. They're entertaining for people of all ages. It's an engaging story line from start to finish. The episodes are just long enough that they make sitting down and watching them worth it. But they're not so long that they drag on. Overall these are great series, and on bluray they're a great value. Totally worth adding to any collection.

Entertaining introduction to eastern philosophy. Long and engaging storyline make for great TV time for the whole family!

Avatar is one of the best series. Period.
I mean, what more can I say? Avatar is one of my favorite series. It’s just so well-written with engaging characters and thoroughly developed world. What more do you need?

Great box set for fans of both series!
Both Avatar series are great and I was just waiting for the right chance to pick them up blu-ray. Then this box set with both came out and I couldn't resist!

Avatar And Legend Of Korra - Interesting and entertaining
Love the story lines of both series. I've seen both complete series prior the purchasing it for my collection. I recommend for anyone to see it. If fantasy and mysticism is your thing. A must see!!
