The material was very nice used for the shawl and they answered all of my questions. I was able to ensure it was the correct length by sharing my measurements to share with the designer. I have so far received a partial refund and hope to recieve a full refund upon its arrival in China . Anytime I messaged the seller I got an immediate response. They have been in constant communication which is appreciated. I would not hesitate to deal with this company . I will write further to let you all know if I get a full refund! Stay tuned!
