    My favorite yoga work out. But my TVs built in DVD player ate it. Had to find another and this one is exactly the same. Brand new. Still in the plastic wrap.

    A great program

    Rodney Yee is the yoga instructor to the stars for a reason. His programs are accessible to practitioners at all levels, they have a great balance of the physical and the spiritual, and best of all, routines are only 20 minutes long, so you can mix and match several of them depending on your mood, needs and available time. This particular program is great for someone who has 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening available for a little body-mind work. You can switch am/pm to get more variety, or, as always, mix and match any way you like. I am very happy with this yoga DVD.

    Appropriate

    The content is excellent but the quality of the DVD is terrible. The video colour goes from almost too dark to see to normal throughout.I have had this DVD before so know how it is supposed to be. I would return it but it’s inconvenient and it seems to be difficult to find this older Rodney Yee DVD

    Wonderful, relaxing and life changing!!

    I have been going through and trying to declutter my life. After finding the A.M./P.M. Yoga DVD's here, I had to buy them and restart a healthier life starting early every morning and last thing at night. Amazing overall results, noticed even by my husband!!
