This could be down to the fact that they’re at the top of the garden plugged into a covered smart extension which does not always receive a strong WiFi signal. One of the lamps refuses to remember the settings I’ve saved on the app so I have to keep updating (daily) however I can live with it as I love the lamps. Seller despatched quickly so was delighted I could get them set up and play! Great value for money.
