Neutrik Connectors
Having used Neutrik connectors for many years, they are a quality connector. These plugs are going to be fitted to headphones used by news cameraman and will be plugged in and out many times. Much better than any of the cheaper plugs you can buy.

Right angled silent jack
I got this item for open mic nights so I did not have to keep muting inputs on acoustic guitar changeover. Only problem was on some active acoustics the jack activated the electrics (power) after it unsilenced itself. I got the impression the sleeve activator was a tad longer than the straight version which is no problem.

Neutrik 3.5mm stereo jack plug.
A good quality product that secures the cable upon tightening. Would recommend this over a standard plug as it will certainly last longer and protect the cable due to the shape and design.
