Did a test weld on scrap to check battery function and I was blown away. Went on to finish the v-groove I was filling and I was more than pleased. Last hood is a miller digital infinity that is about 6 years old and the color and clarity is miles ahead. For $120 you can't beat this price. Only caveat buy front lens covers ASAP because they are starting to become hard to find.

Jackson makes quality products at unbeatable prices, good stuff. And even better for a beginner who wants too save a buck, don't buy these"Cool Looking"Chinese made hoods for 50 bucks, you can't get replacement parts for them and you ultimately lose the money. Spend the Xtra money and get a Jackson hood!
