The appearance of the shell was a bit scuffed but some minor scratches on the screen but hardly noticeable when screen is on. Only real issue I have is that the top of the Dpad is slightly messed up, it WORKS but I need to put lots of pressure for it just to register it going up. Other then that, everything is working like a charm and this LL model is now successfully region unlocked :) The value of the sale was definitely good and I feel satisfied
