- h***a (407)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letztes JahrBestätigter KaufThis is so beautiful but not heavy I was surprised when my parcel arrived it felt weightless but on opening there was my beautiful ceiling shade inside It is so easy to install all you have to do to is go to your purchase details and it shows you how to open the bottom and yes it is so easy as stated it's literally just a flick and the bottom is on a hinge so it flaps open then you take the old shade down and fix the new one without any electrical aid even a child could do it the results are fab

I contacted the seller and they apologised and asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and the very next day it arrived. I was very pleased either way their customer service and would recommend this company.
