Herman miller may say what they want about the ergonomics of the chair, but when reality hits you back with c-spine problems, you need to ensure you're doing all you can to ensure good posture. the headrest is really easy to install, matches the chair, but most importantly, it works. it works. It. Works. Put your health first and get it. Also, great value and great condition! All must be said :)

I was present to receive the item, and immediately checked it. I noticed the back headrest was missing and messaged the seller via their Ebay account, and through their own website, as well as lodging a chat message website. I later see a message that the headrest is awaiting despatch, and a few days later, it arrived. It took some effort, but eventually all good.
