    As described and fast shipping. The one thing I'd have preferred is use of a bubble mailer rather than paper envelope for shipping. This copy is collectible worthy and it would have sucked for any water damage or indentation.

    Wish I had this book 30 years ago

    Although I'm close to retirement age, I picked up The Dangerous Book for Boys based upon someone else talking about it. This book has a little of everything including magic tricks, knots, codes and ciphers, tree identification, finding true north, fishing, stories, grammar, and other curious topics including what the big deal with girls is. Although it is written primarily for boys, I believe a lot of girls would find several of the topics informative and interesting although they make a companion book for girls.

    A little bit of everything

    Very pleased with this book. I gave it to my 10 year old son, and really it has covers topics to interest the whole family- from building forts to Shakespeare to dinosaurs to invisible ink to great battles throughout history.

    Perfect for all boys!

    I own the girls version and this is a perfect boys version. Basic yet very wide range of things every boy should know or experience. Will keep occupied for awhile. One of those books you'll puck up every so often throughout the years.

    Fun from 8 to 80, not limited to boys!

    Not sure how "dangerous" this books is, unless you are afraid of fun, adventure, learning to make items and getting out and doing! Loads of fun and how-to. Saw this at the library and thought I should have my own instead of needing to go back and keep getting it again. As the book states, fun for boys (and everyone else!) from 8 to 80! Have kids? Get the book!

    Excellent Projects - Stories - Activities and Poems to build character and integrity

    great book for boys - grandsons and great grandsons - excellent content for all youth - girls or boys\ from Invictus - "it matters not how straight the gate - how charged with punishments the scroll - I am the master of my fate - the captain of my soul." this is something worth remembering and repeating and sharing with our young people.
