It comes with cables for the two most likely audio interfaces likely used with it: RCA to stereo minijack, minijack stereo to stereo. It also comes with its USB-based charging cable and very clear English instructions. This purchaser only used the kit for the intended purpose of quietly listening to television late at night with Bluetooth stereo headphones. Charge up to transmit mode, connect audio to TV, press activate button, turn on headphone for pairing.

But whereas it works great with my BOSE wave system, it does not like my FM Transmitter. Beats the hell out of me why. Other El-Cheapos work great but do not have the sound quality nor the play time. Always a fly in the ointment with electronics!

To be Frank, both that I bought don't quite pair or even connect fully. One may connect through the cell phone but not the laptop or vice versa. Frustrating. But I've kept both hoping eventually. Dill work as expected.
