Fast Shipping. However, the following issues were not declared in the Description of the item. The fasteners of the hood were broken and you cannot fit it on the front lens. It's loose and comes off. The 55-300mm lens did not come with the front cap and rear cap. I wished that I should have know before purchasing it. The senor had black dirts that were not stated in the description. The seller need to improve on item description.

    Has all the features I was looking for at the right price!!

    My re-entry into SLR photography begins with this purchase. I spent time researching, and had narrowed down to a few. Quite frankly, I chose the D5000 because it had the most features in my price range. I have been well pleased with the D5000. It has lots of features, but is easy to use. I purchased the camera used and the seller had misplaced the manual, but I was able to familiarize myself with it easily, and access to the manual online made it easy to address a few questions I had. The menus are all easy to use and there are some built in tips. Auto focus lamp is a plus that some of the others didn't have. The 18-55mm kit lens has image stabilization to ensure the perfect shot. The additional 55-200 lens is very nice as well. I have added the 50mm 1.8 lens. The down side for some may be ...

    Excellent Camera

    I needed an easy to operate yet high quality camera for business and personal use. This camera satisfied these needs. The camera has an easy to use auto focus setting that anyone of any experience can operate. If you have more experience or wish to experiment, you have the ability to easily adjust your own settings. I also have the ability to take high quality videos. The 3.4 G memory card allowed me to go on vacation and take 750 pics and several videos and still have room for approx another 250 pics. No need to conserve pictures. It also has an easy setting to either turn off or on the flash. This camera came with 2 lenses allowing me endless options on taking pictures.

    Great camera

    Great camera for a great price. Thank you for the extra gift. 😃 I bought this camera for me booth photo, l been taking pictures and l like it. One of the batteries was too tight and l had a hard time taking it out. I'm still happy with my purchase.

    Great product

    Great product for a great price. I knew nothing about cameras before purchasing, but it was so easy to even pick up on manual mode. Now that I know more though, I kinda wish I got one with more mega pixels. Maybe the D5100 or D5200 so when I crop photos on my computer I don't lose image quality

    Great picture quality and very easy to use.

    Very good camera for the price. I paid only $350 for the used camera with 2 lenses and a camera bag. I bought it for my trip to Japan and used it along with 32GB SD Sandisk Extreme card. I was shooting RAW+JPEG and was stunned by the quality of my pictures. I was thinking about selling this camera after the trip but decided to keep it and just ordered an extra lens for it.
