    I appreciate this seller returning my money for this item but the way I see it the post office is responsible for the screw up. They say that the seller never sent the item. If that's the case, why did the post office give it a tracking number and tracked it from the seller in Athens, Ga to Alpharetta,Ga 64 miles away and send me an email that they lost my package. My hat's off to this seller and will buy from him again.

    It does fit

    I was doubtful of this cap because a prior purchased cap of different brand did not fit. My original equipment cap was a threaded type and the first locking cap was also threaded. Replacing the old locking cap, I bought another threaded locking cap that did not fit. Close but no cigar. From the product pictures you can see the Stant is not threaded but is a push in and turn. Bottom line- it fits well and does the job of sealing the evap system on my truck and the check engine light is fixed.

    A good replacement.

    I bought this fuel cap to replace the original cap on my 2000 mustang where the locking mechanism had given up making it a problem to get the cap on and off. This new cap is of a simpler construction and it works well.

    Not a fan of instant reviews, it's a gas cap, it fits, would like to use the locking mechanism a few times before I could say it's ideal, but happy so far
