    The blu ray arrived safely and quickly for a very reasonable postage charge. The movie was well packaged in a heavy duty enveloped and the disc case was further protected with a foam wrap. The disc and case were in new condition just as the seller described. Overall this has been a great value ebay buying experience with a seller that I would have no hesitation in using again.

    Some good features.

    It won't play on my dvd player so I have to use it on my laptop which is somewhat annoying (and I don't have a smart tv). It was expensive for being an old video revisited although it is a little different from how I remember it. I loathe all the exclamations and squeals in the background from various members of the workout group. The chat at the start, because of my old laptop and (originally the dvd player which worked only once), is not able to be forwarded through so I have to watch it each time! The workout is good and mostly as I remember.

    Great

    I used to do this workout when I was young and fit and size 8/10. It's still the best workout ever. Even though now I'm in my fifties and a size 12/14. Jane Fonda has always taken good care of herself and it shows. She is so positive and gives out positive vibes. She is my role model. I want to be fit and slim like her.

    The best workout

    Dear Jane, I had this workout in video in the eighties as I used to jog and exercise a lot. A couple of weeks ago I bought it in DVD,, been after it for a while now. I turn 61 today 6th July and glad to be back into it again. Bless you and Thanks Jane Donnie xxoo

    I have this on vhs and I waited for years for it to be transferred to dvd. So happy now and use it everyday.
