I bought another one even though the price has gone up by £20 The seller wasn’t interested in helping me by letting me have one for the same price again even though it was their faulty clasp that cost us the bracelet in the first place, we will get a better clasp put on this time.

The only comment I have is that the seller should be aware that Royal mail delivered the item without me signing for it. It was simply partially pushed through the letter box I to my unlocked porch. Given the value of the item and that I had changed delivery date to ensure I would be available to sign it was a bit disappointing that the security of the delivery was completely ignored.
