Do not buy it
When I first applied the eyeliner it scratched my eyelid. Twice! I was confused. At first I thought that maybe it was defective... perhaps the brush bristles were missing. However when I rinsed the wand applicator under water I could see that the brush was hardened into a plastic eyelet, like the end of a shoelace type of plastic. I had to take a straight pin and go thru brush bristles to loosen and break away the plastic.

Almay Eyeliner
Almay eyeliner is my usual brand. Since most other brands irritate my eyes, I found Almay is only eyeliner that works for me and it's in my color. Very happy with purchase.

Makes eyes easy.
Wow! This liner goes on so easy and doesn"t smear or run. After using I got out in the wind and my eyes started watering and I the liner stayed where I put it. Great stuff.

hypo allergenic & great for sensitive eyes
This is the only eye liner I buy. Others create allergic reactions and become useless for me. Though it is not water proof eye wear, it is also easier when removing with eye cleansers.
