It came in its original box and was securely packed. There were only minor cosmetic marks (as expected with a used item), but otherwise it looked almost brand new — even the fan blades were clean. The seller went above and beyond by promptly sending a few missing components. Decent value, looks new and came with labels for warranty, and purchaser. Upgrade from 2x12v 7ah batts to 9ah. Quickly dispatched, and full tracking with a good time window from parcel force. Unlike other providers ! Thanks again.
