    Delivery was the usual, the lens arrived within a 5 days. No issues with packing or timing. I used the lens at an outdoor wedding ceremony and the quality was amazing. My photos are super sharp I had no focusing issues. I was skeptical trying a 3 rd party lens but with a 30 return window I had nothing to loose. The lens did everything I needed from an 85mm 1.4. My bokeh is insane the sharpness and colors amazing. I really don’t notice any massive vignetting around the image.

    Lens works amazing.. Pictures are super crisp. Like most, first time I put in, focus didn’t work but I removed and put is again and then everything goes fine, seems like for first use, it’s electronic needs reset. Cosmetic condition is better all I had to do is a lil clean up of front lens using microfiber cloth’s.. Shipping was slow even if it’s 2 days priority shipping .. Overall best value for money and I love its Bokah .

    Good lenses, fast auto focus, good quality of pictures but not excellent.

    Good lenses, fast auto focus, good quality of pictures but not excellent. It have great bokes and good colors. Price is good for this lenses but i change hood of this lenses, it not good. I am using hood of Tamron 70-200MM F2.8 VC . I am using on Canon 5D Mark iii and Canon 5Ds and working good, but i think it have small focus disappoint and not as great as have Sigma Art lenses. But price is great.

    Does not work with older cameras

    I bought this lens with the intention to use it with my EOS Elan 7NE but was disappointed to find out that the software is not compatible with cameras that old despite assurances it would. It also did not work with a friend’s EOS 3. It’s a shame Rokinon only puts the effort in to make it work with newer cameras. Rokinon stated that since they are a 3rd part manufacturer, they cannot ensure their lenses work with every camera. I’ve never had this issue with other 3rd party lenses I’ve used like Sigma and Zeiss though.

    Autofocus isn't always accurate, 60 percent of the time it's out of focus.

    If you think that the focus sharpness is obvious at an aperture of F1.8 or above, then you should buy an F/1.8 lens instead of a 1.4. Although the price is ok, the autofocus doesn't work all the time, sometimes you need to take out the lens and put it on the camera again, and then the autofocus starts working.

    Worth the price!

    This new Rokinon lens shoots a very sharp image. I didn't expect the weight of the lens will be light. Buying this lens is worth it especially it has an AF and Manual mode. The only I dislike about is that the lens hood doesn't lock when you attach it to the lens. I’m not sure if it's very common to every Rokinon lens. Anyway, I will post some of the sample shots from this lens.

    Excellent value for the price.

    Arrived in perfect shape and in original packaging with all accessories. Works great and takes beautiful photos with lovely bokeh.
