    Great transaction, exactly as described, packed well, and promptly shipped on August 6th. Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service took 23 calendar days to deliver the book. It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville. The seller was very responsive and I decided it was interesting to see if/how the book would arrive. Thanks, Joe

    One of my favorite Stories as a girl!

    I was so happy to see this edition or version of Anne of Green Gables book set! I grew up watching the Canadian broadcasting television version with Megan Follows playing the role of Anne of Green Gables and she WAS Anne Shirley. I got this set for my best friends daughter who is at the perfect age to read these amazing books. Anne Shirley is such a great rold model for young girls :) I love this boxed set, it is the same one I had to read growing up.

    My aunt gave me this book when I was nine & I loved it. I ordered this set for my 10 yr. old great niece and hope she loves the book as much as I did. Good literature never goes out of style.
