Seller sent product without ANY protective packaging except for one layer of thin foam at the bottom and top. Seller also falsely claims to use UPS shipping in listing and instead uses Fedex. Seller did eventually refund money after a return, but their process took a long time and they kept trying to get me to keep the heavily damaged product for a minuscule ($30) discount. Would not trust this seller to ship any product that is remotely fragile or sensitive and would not buy from them again.

Better than expected. So much fun!
We bought this for our 4 grandkids for a share gift for Christmas this year (2023). We wanted to make sure it worked - so we set it up with help from a Youtube video since directions are spotty. We LOVE it!! It is so much fun. It took us a bit to figure out the coin situation. But it works great - and you can set so many options to fit your need. Its fun for adults too. The prize "size" should be limited to around 4" so as not to get stuck. Light weight items are best. This really is a nice machine. It arrived so quickly I couldn't believe it. Less than a week. Pros: It's solid and appears to be mechanically sound. The graphics, lights and colors I think are great. The size is good for home use. I can't imagine anything bigger in the house. Cons: I think the directions are almost useless. But you will be able to figure it out trial and error. Don't expect for the crane to pick up bigger animals. I find that the ones in the attached picture work very well. Even though it is very nice I think the price is a bit high considering the size and size of animals that work with it. But I looked for months and have not seen anything else for a lower price with the same quality. So I guess it is priced consistent with the market. I don't see any way ... Everyone is jealous
It was packaged well, but it arrived a tad dented specifically around the coin collection box door. It closes, but not cleanly. It arrived with a single key and no instruction manual. It was easy enough to figure out on my own. It's a super fun machine with many settings to make it more or less challenging. It is a decent quality overall.

It's a real crane machine, not a toy like the cheap ones. Compact, which is good if you have limited space. The coin acceptor is the comparator type, making it compatible with many types of coins. No document was provided for the coin acceptor, and wrong motherboard manual was included. But it is easy to figure it out with some help from the internet. My daughter is very happy with it, and believes it will be a great revenue source post pandemic.It's a real crane machine, not a toy like the cheap ones.
