It's an open box tote that carries stuff & can fit on a rack or on top of, or under, DeWalts other ToughSystem boxes. It's as simple as a stainless steel ball bearing & about as "tuff". If you need a place to just throw odd & ends, or whatever, & then stick it on a cart & move it easier This may be what you're looking for. It is what it is, no more, no less. It's the industrial version of pants pockets (& if you get to much in your pockets, you're going to need the suspenders [i.e. The DeWalt ToughSystem dolly]).
