Unfortunately 2 of the 5 bottles arrived leaking. They don't have any sort of seal on the makeup remover bottles or a safety type lid. They were contained in plastic, so the liquid was contained AND not all over the box. I don't think it was the sellers fault, it was the original manufacturer.

Direct Replacement Part
I thought my truck needed service due to the Check Engine Light being on. Given it's a 2000 Durango that JUST passed inspection I thought I'd just wait. Long story short, my gas cap was loose at the next fill up. At first I thought someone tried to refuel at my expense. But it was loose when I went to check it a few days layer. Seems the gas cap had gone bad, I'm hoping this new cap will resolve my engine light issue.....that's gonna take a while, because Dodge's like to be driven hundreds of miles on secondary and highway roads, before resetting its computer status. It does not have a lanyard as the original did. Back to old school days before any of them did. I never lost one in the old days either ! Not for my Jeep Wrangler
This cap did not seal the small Evap Emissions System Leak on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I have had this same problem in the past and paid $30 at a dealership for a new gas cap. That fixed it for a couple years. This time, I bought this $9.00 cap, hoping it would fix the leak. It did not. I will have to cough up more money for the manufacturer's gas cap to seal the leak. This appears to be a well made gas cap, sold at a very affordable price. Replaced my oem parte, wouldn't click at all anymore unless forced, this one works great clicks so easy just like my new vehicle clicks smooth.. delivered asap great product feels of good quality. Would recommend for the price.

Had a gas cap message reading on my mileage indicator- which prompted me to purchase the item. Service department at Dodge dealership confirmed that the new gas cap still wasn't holding the carbon emissions. So they had to replace it. Who knows if they were being truthful but the bottom line was that I purchased the cap and the issues still weren't resolved. To be honest, there were some other issues related to the gas cap indicator being on. I would purchase it again only to replace a lost cap and not to resolve any dashboard messages.Had a gas cap message reading on my mileage indicator- which prompted me to purchase the item. Cap does what it needed to do
This worked great, it cleared all codes except one but I did end up getting one from dealership and that one cleared my check engine code 456 on my 2007 Chrysler 300. Who knew a small gas cap was causing all my problems. I do recommend this cap though it worked great no issues taking it off and it fit perfectly on my car .
