I reordered but the neighboring post office sent the first package to my post office. I received both orders the same day. I offered to pay for the first order too but Rok refused payment and said sorry for the delay...it's on us. I would say Rok Hardware is about as accommodating as is possible. 5 Stars all the way! Well worth dealing with.
