I was able to pound out the most offending dents which was keeping a GI canteen of the same year of manufacture from seating properly, so I’m calling the canteen cup serviceable now! I’m giving the seller the benefit of me overlooking the the problems in the photos. It was there, I didn’t see it. After working on the cup a bit, I kind of like its character! The item was packed well, and shipped in good time. Overall, a decent value, thanks!
