Could have swore if it was thrown out a two story building it would be perfectly fine (exaggerating a little bit) What you get is a solid arm and table mount that won’t let you down. It has a lot of motion that you can play with to get it just right for your needs

I got this arm to mount a Microscope kit I got from Northridge Fix (find them on YouTube) and you need a ring that fits into this AmScope Arm that Northridge puts in the box with the microscope (thank goodness). The arm is a beast of construction and weighs a lot. I had zero problems with setup and it floats where I need it to go. At first I thought this was a lot of money to pay for an arm but once you have it you can clearly see why! =)
