      Passed the FE!

      The book has questions that utilize the equations. I completed heat transfer, fluids, thermo, distillation, controls section. It's not comprehensive, but it uses the equations and that's what you need to practice doing. The fluids section is pretty good since it covers most of the equations. Thermo section covers the psychrometric chart and thermo I very well, but it doesn't have questions on fugacity and equilibrium. Distillation section was very good. Also, a lot of the questions in the book will take more than 3 min to complete, but they are good practice. The FE will not require lots of converting in huge equations and likes to ask via trends (if x is doubled, what happens to y?), which is not something the book does. But the book utilizes the equations and that's what you need to ...

      Necessary Prep Material for the FE!

      My FE is scheduled for February 24th, and the problems provided by this book have increased my confidence. I feel like I have more chances to pass this test from the first try. Although, I have to say that the Linderburg Prep Materials are missing Material/Energy Balances problems and lectures, which are part of a pivotal topic within Chemical Engineering. This has led me to search for separate lectures and practice problems.
