    Creaking Noise, after installing.

    The product was at a great price for what was included in the order. Had all parts in the picture. I needed one side roller block due to my old one being cracked. I installed one side and there was a severe creaking noise. Tried to lube the rollers and hinges with no change. I had to swap the rollers from my old one and the noise went away. The rollers on my old one are made of a softer plastic than the bracket guide backing. This appears to have not been noticed when the manufacture produced the replacement parts. Noticed another reviewer that had the same issue. If you can reuse the rollers, this is a great option for the price. If not, you may want to buy one that is manufactured to OEM Spec.

    Installed easy and works like new

    The hardest part was disconnecting the water inlet and drain so I could slide the dishwasher out. Cords on both sides of the dishwasher were worn and parted. The replacement unit has a roller guide that should make the cords last longer than the orginal that had to slide across a knob..

    Great replacement part!

    Exact fit, less than half the cost of OEM par, and didn't have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for it to arrive as an OEM part would have. Easy to install as well!

    GOOD and cheap DIY fix

    First let me say, this kit is for BOTH sides. I ordered two, now have a spare for next time! This kit makes the door REALLY CREAKY, just like the originals. I was able to get it to be almost silent with LOTS of silicon spray, baby powder and maybe some candle wax. I also re-used the original plastic pulley block (not sure, but it was fine and was the first thing I tried to fix the creak). Part kit is good quality, low cost, and the job is an easy DIY. You DO have to grab on really tight and muscle the spring and cable back together, couldn't find any tools or even a helper that would make it easier. Fortunately my dishwasher installer left plenty of electrical cable and water hose so I didn't have to un-connect them while I slid the dishwasher out a little to get access.

    Use the cords, toss the pulleys.

    Use the replacement cords and toss the pulley assemblies. The pulleys have a narrow squarish groove that the cord doesn't fully fit down into. The result is a horribly louder noise than I had before. I got these to replace a broken cord and thought I would replace the pulleys as well. No matter what I used to lube the pulleys and cords, the noise was horribly loud. Put back in the original pulleys that have a nice rounded groove that the cords fully fit down into and no noise.
