My cats are full-grown adult cats. These boards seem more appropriate for smaller, younger cars or kittens. See my attached picture. This product is the unused one on the left.

It arrived very quickly, and I was so grateful! :) The gel is pack for the neck and upper back is very needed, and arrived exactly as pictured and described! I had been eyeballing this for months and am so grateful I finally bought it! :)

Contact and emails from seller was extremely vague and didn t accomplish anything. Very frustrating experience. I do think they re in a different country, which might explain the communication issue.
