Very easy process, all sorted in a couple of days. Supplied return label which I downloaded and fitted to the box. Took to the nearest Post Office, it got scanned and I was to of the amount I would receive (purchase price less return postage) by email in a couple of hours. Actually received it into my account the following day! Fabulous service, i am seriously impressed by Mad4Bikes 👍
