The "dark" option are most likely "Shrink-to fits" that have been measured by the seller for true waist dimension. 33" as described by the seller are a very good fit. The leg measurement (32") had been turned up to suit and are true to sellers description. Good stitching to suit original. I am happy. I was buying 34" waist previously and using a belt. These 501s fit nice.

Minor point, tricky with keeping a constant supply of vintage clothes I guess, but quite a new pair, so less vintage and more secondhand... Rather too good quality for vintage jeans?! Absolutely not a complaint, but maybe the seller, if they have the stock variety, could provide more details/choice in individual items' wear and tear?

I was pleased to note the seller had grade A used jeans for a very good price. I ordered, they arrived inside a couple of days, which was great. The jeans themselves may have been graded A, but they were better than than that, appearing nearly new. And sizewise, were absolutely right. Quality experience, thanks!
