    Great and worth buying!!!

    This is an amazing cookbook. So much good information regarding veges and their health benefits. Recipes seem pretty easy, however living in a small town (with limited grocery stores) some of the ingredients are unavailable. But overall very satisfied and ready to try some of the recipes.

    Too Many Hard to Find Ingredients

    Disappointed that so many of the ingredients will be almost impossible to find - limiting how useful many of the recipes will be. Maybe suggest more easily found substitutes? A very large book for only 100 recipes. Three glasses of red wine per day good for you? Nah, I don't think so!

    Very enjoyable beautiful cookbook!

    Very Beautiful book with very useful recipes that you can make at your home. Not too complicated to find the ingredients because they tell you what you can substitute. You won't regret having the book. It is very interesting and encourages good eating habits that may surprise you! (Beans, greens and sardines... well a little fish.) Nice gift too! My mom really enjoys her book too! She made the cornbread with real corn in it already!

    Great recipes, interesting information

    The Blue Zones are areas where people native to the areas have extended their lifespans through healthy eating and lifestyles. The recipes emphasize Whole Foods and are primarily plant based using local ingredients. And the ones we’ve tried are really tasty.
