I contacted the seller. The seller was very nice in contact and sent me another monitor, reported disfunctional Speedpak to Ebay and used another distributor. Afyer a week my packaged arrived. Given the problems shipping to the US from China, the first shipment "technical" problems, but the seller proactively sent a second, without my asking (I had not recognized the problem, yet.) I got exactly what I ordered. The order was for extra propellers for the dji mini 5 pro.
