    Classic Drama

    I'm late coming to The West Wing but that hasn't diminished my enjoyment. It's an engaging political soap and one of those series where the cast nail their characters right from the very first episode. It's not "high drama" but does raise a few issues that get you thinking. So far (I'm halfway through series two), the least believable aspect is just how nice all of the West Wing staff are - not a bad guy in sight.The DVDs are, of course, standard definition resolution in a 4x3 aspect ratio but you forget this the moment you start watching. Loving it!

    Great intelligent and engaging characters and plots.Lovely humour. Sometimes hard to hear and follow.

    The plots are very interesting and the characters all intelligent and engaging in different ways. The humour is lovely. Sometimes it's a bit hard to follow as there are many plot lines the dialogue is fast. I occasionally have to use sub-titles perhaps because I am unfamiliar with American accents

    West Wing Review

    I’d heard a lot about this series, so i wanted to find out about myself. So after a friend said it was the most magnificent TV series ever made , I thought why not. After 2 episodes i was really mad, because I wanted to watch the next 154 straight off, he was right, it’s brilliant.

    West Wing Boxed Set

    Best boxed set ever watched, it just takes a couple of episodes to get into it and work out who people are, and then you are hooked.

    Hours of entertainment.

    Following the story of American Presidential elections, campaigns and the pitfalls that come with the office. The characters suck you into the web with a brilliantly written and acted plot-line. Quite compelling viewing and almost addictive.
