The Atari was broken inside and a controller was missing. I contacted the seller which immediately sent me a label and I sent it back to him. Apparently the people who were handling the package completely destroyed the original box and repackaged it. I got a full refund and in a very timely manner. This seller handled it perfectly and was very nice about everything.
