    Fun read!!!

    I found this book rather fascinating. It not only has converted recipes ( items can be bought at a grocery store) but it has a short explanation of the preparation, consumption, and reasoning behind the food of that time. The cookbook quotes stories from "the little house..." Books and it also talks of how families would have lived. I liked it very much. Would HIGHLY recommend if you like Mrs. Ingalls books or you like to read of that time period!

    Book is fantastic, description was lacking

    There were some bent pages and some were colored on as well. Nothing was listed in the description. Thankfully I can still use it but was disappointed to see that.
