There was a thin cardboard and small #6 envelope was stamped Do Not Bend and Non-Machinable surcharge was paid however Non-Machinable was not written on the envelope and it went through the processing belt getting damaged. I recommend you write Non-Machinable at the top of the envelope between the stamp and the return address boldly so it maybe gets noticed and not put through the processing belt.
