good bang for buck
This was the best overall bang for the buck when it came to audio farad caps. My only issue was the instructions for charging the cap. In them, it said that the cap decimal point would quit flickering when it was charged. This never happened on mine. I had it charging for 2 + hours and it never went out like the instructions said.

Diode Failed
Diode received with the capacitor was faulty and unusable. I still had a diode from the capacitor I installed in my other car and I was able to use that one to charge it up. Satisfied with the product overall, but I was disappointed in the quality of the diode provided.

Disappointing capacitor
I only have a 1200 watt amp and this capacitor did not help. My headlights are still surging. I discharged the capacitor and recharged it and it still does the same thing. It's frustrating because I wear this to you people and it took a week to get to me and then when I get it it doesn't work properly. Now I am shopping for a new capacitor.

terrible
i got this hoping it would be good enough to help run my skar audio 2000.1d amp. it didnt my lights dim almost worse than before and if i really turn my amp up it makes interior lights cut completely out. i do not reccomend this if youre into big bass.

Works perfectly on my solar system inverter and battery
This capacitor works GREAT! When first charging with the included resistor it only charges to about 5.6 vdc. Not a problem. After the charge to the 5.6 + - 0.5vdc, connect the positive battery cable up and it will charge the rest of the way to what ever charge is on the battery. In my case, it charged the rest of the way up to my battery which was 12.6vdc The capacitor only requires the first 5vdc with the resistor. I would just be careful not to short the connections between the positive and negative. There is no danger in being shocked either if all the loads are taken off whole performing the charge and connecting parts.

2500 watt capacitor
My lights were flashing to the bass and it was driving me nuts. Lol. Put the capacitor in and problem solved! Great product, great price highly recomend it!!

I should’ve own one of these years ago
This capacitor is less than $30 and works terrific. I believe you have to have more farads per thousand watts to totally have it not affect your headlights but it kicks the juice back up fairly fast. Love it. Other than the headlights it keeps your speaker sounding good because your amplifier is always getting a lot more power than it would have
