  The shipping took over 15 days. To be fair, the delay was due to USPS losing the package and a lack of updates. The seller was frustrated when I reported that I hadn't received my item after 15 days, claiming that I should be more patient. However, it's not the seller's place to decide when a buyer can initiate a case, particularly when there are no tracking updates. The buyer has every right to open a case. Additionally, the poster was in worse condition than depicted in the photo.
