It's pretty but no temperature control for green or herbal teas
For the price you would think it would have a temperature control. If you need a specific temperature this doesn't have those capabilities. No beep to signal the water is heated. The only way to tell is the light near the switch turns off or listen to the water stop boiling. My husband picked this because it matches my kitchen. He's the herbal tea drinker so he won't admit he made a mistake in buying. It's fine for me because I use for french press coffee or black tea.
