    I received the Lemon Spoon Rest in an AMAZON BAG, without padding. Of course it was broken, due to the shippers carelessness and no fault of my own. I contacted Dsuzukistore, sent a photo of the bag and the broken dish and requested a refund. I was told that I must ship the item back, even though it was evident that it had been shipped unprotected. This means a trip to the UPS store. On top of that, it took them three tries to send me a shipping label that was printable. Terrible waste of time.

    Arrived quickly and works great. Thank you

    I have used the Intermatic ST01 for years with great results. The new STW700W is head a shoulders better than the ST01. The setup was easy on my iPhone and I love not having to worry about changing batteries.

    Nice hardware, poorly implemented app

    The switch is nice and WiFi setup is reasonably straightforward. That’s where it ends. Alas, the app is a janky horror show and, as of this writing, will NOT connect to Alexa. Forget the device reviews, look at the Alexa Skill reviews if that’s why you’re considering this switch. Ultimately it makes more sense to get a good smart switch and just use an Alexa routine to set the timer. This thing is a joke.

    Works great!

    Just installed this for garage exterior lights got it all setup and works great. Now as the sun goes down or comes up I no longer have a go to the garage the reset the old timer!

    Automatic outside lights

    Once wired correctly it works flawless. Time of day, DST, on and of times are synced accurately. The instructions are poor at best which took experimentation. Especially when wiring it with a 3 way switch. The Intermatic app is very good any easy to use.
