Moreover, the print from the box is so tiny for human eyes to read. Bty, one of my kittens passed away two days ago so it has arrived too late.

And they're not gonna tell you not to ask for a refund off. EBay ebay need to get in touch and find out why they're scamming people for their money and why they don't want you to. Put a refund Inn eBay, the only way I can get my money back. They told me that I had to cancel my refund. And if I did that, that's the only way I would get my money back. They are a scam stay away !!!!!!
