Best lens for the money by far

Big lens with top performance.
Great lens for bird photography. While it is large and fairly heavy, I don't have trouble hand holding it and the internal zoom is worth the larger size in my opinion. With the a9, it handles the 1.4x teleconverter very well, producing super sharp results, as long as the shutter speed is fast enough. The attached images were taken with this and the 1.4x teleconverter. The first is a 2x crop, and both reveal excellent feather detail with the lens wide open.

Sony 200-600mm G lens

Working great

Awesome for wildlife
The lens is very nice! So far I am really enjoying it. It’s definitely big and heavy but worth it and nothing a body harness can’t fix. I am about to use it for whale watching for the first time so I’m looking forward to that!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Sharp lens. Good an aps-c, but shines on FF
I have been using lens on a6600 with good results, however I have had the best results on the A7r iv I rented. To compare to I have the 400 5.6 l and 7d. The Sony setup is at least as sharp as the prime, but with greater reach.

love this lens!
