    I ordered a part that was very well packaged, showed up on time, and wound up being bad through no fault of the seller(it’s a common failure point on the car it’s for and generally expected to get bad ones from time to time when you deal with the cars regularly). They immediately made it right, and went beyond what I expected. I will absolutely buy from them again! Buying used electrical parts is always a gamble, but not here. I can’t speak highly enough of the service they gave.

    More Money Needed to Buy Another Unit....May Have Been Cheaper To Buy A New One After All The Money That Is Spent On 2nd Hand Ones

    This was purchased as a replacement for my old unit...after removing my old unit and installing the new one I found a few faults with the new unit, 1) The control visual panel is not visible unless you are looking at it from an angle that is impossible to drive at, 2) Not all the buttons will illuminate.

    Couldn't go wrong with this product.

    Item appears as new, Honestly could not tell the difference from new except for the price, about one sixth the price. Wonderful product at a more than wonderful price.
